The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service suspension or termination without notice:
- Participation in Denial-of-Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks.
- Unauthorized access or compromise of computer systems.
- Distribution or hosting of copyrighted or pirated materials.
- Installation of unauthorized Microsoft software.
- Operation of public proxies or Tor services.
- Unsolicited bulk email or spam, including the use of bulk emailing software such as PMTA.
- Hosting of phishing or fraudulent websites.
- Deployment of vulnerable or unmanaged software.
- Any activity that violates the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
FussionHost LTD reserves the right to disable any VPS service found to be in violation of these terms without prior notification."
